MHS Parent Teacher Conferences will be held virtually on Thursday, October 23 and Thursday, October 30, both from 3:00 to 8:00 pm.

To schedule a Parent Teacher Conference for your high school aged child you can use any device with any email account.  

  1. The below Conference Scheduling Document Link will display all teachers organized by department.  Click on the teacher’s name which is a link to their conference calendars.
  2. Find the date of the conferences, either October 23 or October 30.  The conference appointment slots that are still available will show.
  3. Each conference is set for a 10 minute appointment.  Click on the appointment time you would like to schedule.  Your contact information will appear in your selected time.  Click on Book.  A booking confirmation will appear and an email will be sent to you.
  4. On the day of your conference, a Google Meet link will be sent to you.
  5. Return to the Conference Scheduling document to schedule conferences for other teachers.
  6. Conference scheduling will end at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 23, for conferences on October 23 and conference scheduling will end at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 30.
